Yes — that’s exactly how it works. There are four packages in pursuit order: Intel & Analysis, Capture, Bid & Propose, and Full Pursuit (the complete proposal plus pricing). Each package is its own product — buy exactly the stage your pursuit needs. And because every order runs the entire development cycle, everything above your package is already built: climb later for the exact price difference. You never pay more for climbing.

The tier sets how much of the development cycle you command — the same quality bar at every tier; what changes is how much of the build you see and direct. GovHub OnDemand is turnkey: pick a package, we run it, you receive and refine results. OnDemand+ (any of the four packages, from $899 founding) opens the build to you: every intermediate artifact, approve or send back every component with your feedback, and up to 3 full-cycle regenerations. OnDemand Pro is an annual subscription: everything in OnDemand+ on unlimited pursuits, with persistent company memory that compounds. Most customers start with OnDemand.

No. GovHub OnDemand and OnDemand+ are purely transactional — you pay per pursuit, no subscription required. If you run pursuits all year, OnDemand Pro offers unlimited pursuits on an annual plan, but it’s entirely optional.

Every tier includes 1 seat, and you can add seats at any tier, at any time. On OnDemand Pro, additional seats are $300 per seat per month. Seats belong to your organization, so your whole team can work the same pursuits.

You complete the configurator and intake form first. Payment is collected at the end of intake, before the pursuit goes into generation.

About 1 hour from intake completion. The clock starts when your documents and payment are in, and stops when your package opens in your portal — regardless of package size.

It depends on what you buy. A Full Pursuit package includes 13+ artifacts: opportunity intel brief, agency deep-dive, market trend analysis, win strategy, teaming & staffing recommendations, capture plan, full proposal volumes (Technical, Management, Past Performance), executive summary & graphics, compliance matrix, Completed Pricing Model, price-to-win analysis, cost strategy package, and a Red Team review report — our automated review of your package against the requirements stated in your solicitation documents, run before delivery.

Native federal proposal formats: Word/.docx for narrative volumes, Excel/.xlsx for compliance matrices and the pricing model, PDF for executive summaries. Everything is editable so your team can do final polish before submission.

Output quality scales with what you provide. The solicitation alone produces a strong, complete package — AI fills remaining gaps from public data. Adding your company context — past performance, capability statement, certifications, key-personnel resumes — makes the output distinctly yours and materially lifts quality.

Refinement is built into the product: your portal includes editing and iteration tools so you can revise any deliverable yourself, without asking permission. And if it’s your organization’s first pursuit, our First Pursuit Promise applies: refundable in full, for any reason, within 7 days of delivery — no justification required, once per organization.

We guarantee the system: what you purchased generates, arrives complete, and works in your portal. If a system error means your package failed to generate, arrived missing purchased components, or won’t open, we re-run it at no charge — and if we haven’t made you whole within 5 business days, that package is refunded automatically. A human reviews and decides every refund request.

AI-generated content can contain mistakes — ours included — which is why every deliverable is built for your review, and why editing and iteration tools are part of every package rather than a paid extra. You refine the content; we guarantee the system that produces it. That’s also why nothing goes out the door without the Red Team review pass against your solicitation’s stated requirements.

Your pursuit materials are used only for your pursuit — never to train our systems for anyone else, and never combined with another company’s content.
