These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the amerix.ai website and its pages, content, forms, and assistants (the "Site"), operated by Amerix.AI, Inc. ("Amerix," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms govern the Site only.
The Site provides general information about Amerix, GovHub OnDemand, and topics related to government contracting. Site content — including blog posts, white papers, guides, examples, statistics, and descriptions of product capability — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, accounting, or contracting advice, and it is not a substitute for your own professional judgment or advisors. We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that any Site content is complete, accurate, or up to date.
Product descriptions, features, packages, and prices shown on the Site are informational and may change. The features, deliverables, prices, and terms that apply to any purchase are those stated in the GovHub OnDemand Terms of Service and the order flow at the time of purchase. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract is formed with Amerix except through the checkout process or a written agreement signed by Amerix.
The Site offers an automated voice assistant to answer questions and help you find information. You will be told at the start of a session that you are speaking with an AI assistant. Sessions are recorded and transcribed for quality purposes. Your consent is requested before the session begins, and no recording occurs unless you accept; if you prefer not to be recorded, you can reach us instead through the Site's contact form or by email. See the Website Privacy Policy below for how session data is handled. Assistants available inside GovHub OnDemand are part of the services and are governed by the GovHub OnDemand Terms of Service and GovHub OnDemand Privacy Policy.
Responses from the Site assistant are generated by AI and are informational only. The Site assistant cannot bind Amerix to any price, discount, refund, guarantee, feature commitment, or contractual term, and cannot modify these Terms or any agreement. Only the GovHub OnDemand Terms of Service, the order flow, or a written agreement signed by Amerix can do that. AI-generated responses can be inaccurate or incomplete; verify important information with a human. You can request a human at any time, and we respond within two business days.
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, page designs, logos, images, videos, and software — are owned by Amerix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. AMERIX.AI, GovHub, GovHub OnDemand, and related names and logos are trademarks of Amerix.AI, Inc. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to access and view the Site and its content for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes. Except as permitted by that license or by law, you may not copy, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or its security features, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Amerix system;
- Use scrapers, crawlers, bots, or other automated means to access the Site or harvest its content or data, except ordinary search-engine indexing;
- Use Site content to train, fine-tune, or improve any machine-learning model or competing product or service;
- Submit false or misleading information through Site forms, or impersonate any person or organization; or
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for violations of these Terms.
The Site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or privacy practices.
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO THE SITE ONLY; WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES THAT APPLY TO GOVHUB ONDEMAND PURCHASES ARE STATED EXCLUSIVELY IN THE GOVHUB ONDEMAND TERMS OF SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMERIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR RELIANCE ON SITE CONTENT, AND AMERIX'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. LIABILITY RELATING TO GOVHUB ONDEMAND PURCHASES IS GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE GOVHUB ONDEMAND TERMS OF SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective when posted on the Site, and the "last updated" date will reflect the current version. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Website Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Amerix regarding the Site.
Amerix.AI, Inc. — support@amerix.ai
This Website Privacy Policy describes how Amerix.AI, Inc. ("Amerix," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit the amerix.ai website (the "Site"). It applies to Site visitors. If you purchase or use GovHub OnDemand, the separate GovHub OnDemand Privacy Policy — presented at account creation and checkout — governs the information you provide and generate as a customer, including your pursuit materials and company documents. Where you are both a Site visitor and a customer, each policy governs the activities within its scope.
- Information you provide — When you submit a contact form, request information, subscribe to our newsletter, or communicate with us, we collect what you provide: typically your name, work email address, company, role, and the content of your message.
- Voice assistant sessions — When you use the Site's voice assistant, we collect the content of the session. Sessions are recorded and transcribed for quality purposes; your consent is requested before the session begins, and no recording occurs unless you accept. If you prefer not to be recorded, you can contact us through the Site's contact form or by email instead. Session content may include audio, transcripts, and the questions you ask. Assistants inside GovHub OnDemand are covered by the GovHub OnDemand Privacy Policy, not this policy.
- Information collected automatically — When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information — such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and interaction data — using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including Google Analytics. We may also use visitor-identification technology that matches IP addresses and similar signals to identify the organizations visiting our Site for business-development purposes.
- To respond to your inquiries and requests;
- To send you the newsletter and marketing communications you sign up for — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and its voice assistant, including reviewing assistant sessions for quality;
- To understand how visitors use the Site and measure the effectiveness of our content and marketing; and
- To comply with law and protect our rights, visitors, and systems.
We do not use the content of your voice assistant sessions or form submissions to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract — including email delivery, analytics (including Google Analytics), visitor-identification providers, conversational voice-AI platforms, and website hosting and content-delivery providers. We may also disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect the rights, safety, and security of Amerix, our visitors, or others, and in connection with a corporate transaction such as a financing, merger, or acquisition. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for core functionality and analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand Site usage; Google provides an opt-out browser add-on, and you can also control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some Site features. The Site responds to legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — including the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of it, and to opt out of certain processing. We extend the core rights of access, correction, and deletion to all Site visitors regardless of location. To exercise any right, email support@amerix.ai with your request; we will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will review the appeal under applicable law.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: form submissions and correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain business records; newsletter information until you unsubscribe; voice assistant session records for as long as needed for quality and security review; and analytics data per our analytics configuration. We then delete or de-identify the information.
We use industry-standard security practices designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact support@amerix.ai and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "last updated" date will reflect the current version. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as a notice on the Site.
